Get to know Mia
Mia Louca is a registered psychologist who focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and creating a non-judgemental space where they feel heard and understood.
Mia has a passion for working with trauma and complex mental health issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and Complex PTSD. She takes a neuroaffirming approach and is committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals in ways that respect their individual needs.
Mia works with people aged 12 and above and enjoys supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
She utilises a range of evidence-based therapies including:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
