Psychological Intervention.
At Align Psychology Services, therapy is tailored to your individual goals and needs. Sessions typically run for 50 minutes and provide a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies. Therapy can include a range of evidence-based approaches depending on your unique circumstances. Our aim is to work together on a collaborative treatment plan in your initial session to support your mental health and wellbeing in a compassionate, and client focused environment.
Fees
The standard fee for a 50-minute psychology session is $215.
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, you can receive $98.65 back per session with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. This means your gap payment will be $116.35.
Private health insurance rebates may also apply depending on your level of cover.
NDIS clients are charged according to the NDIS standard fee schedule.

Cancellation policy
Align Psychology Services has a cancellation policy designed to ensure accessible care for everyone. Appointments are scheduled in advance to provide consistent, evidence-based therapy, and due to high demand, we require notice for any changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations limit our ability to offer support to others in need.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will incur the full session fee.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
For Monday appointments, notice must be given before the weekend, as Saturdays and Sundays are considered out of hours.
We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will always take compassionate circumstances into consideration. Please contact us as early as possible if something unexpected occurs.
Working Hours
Mia’s working hours are Monday to Wednesday from 10am - 5pm and Thursday from 1pm - 7pm. Please get in touch to discuss times to suit you.
